What is the return policy?

Unfortunately as we are print on demand there will be no returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If the product is faulty please send us an email with an image of the product and we will replace free of charge!

How long does my order take to be shipped out?

Our products are printed on demand, therefore it can take around 7 business days for your product to be shipped. However, due to supply of stock it could take up to 14 days. We will notify you by email if this was to occur!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Do your sizes run true to size? Can you provide a sizing chart?

We have a range of apparel and each product has there own sizing guide and description of the fit. Please refer to each product individually for sizing guides!

Do you offer custom designs or personalisation options?

No we do not. However, if you have a cool idea you want to share to give us some motorsport inspo then please just email us at info@tracksideapparel.com.au

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

As we print on demand, we wont be able to cancel or modify any orders that have been picked and processed. If you do make a mistake, make sure you email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to intercept it. However, even if we are able to intercept it, you will be charged a restocking fee.
